Low soot and high NOX are related to the same fueling decision. So, diesel is “clean” because it’s “dirty”.

Technically, if its a 2015 it has the new engine with urea and SRC, so it should be plenty clean. The EPA isn’t too stoked on being lied to though so it hasn’t gotten its import papers.
